24/7 Advice When you Need It
Astiva Health offers a 24/7 Nurse Advice Line at 1-949-266-0233. Members are encouraged to call and inquire about health-related questions 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Our registered nurses provide advice and assistance in helping you choose the next steps for your health care needs. Language assistance is available upon request during regular business hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Our member services personnel will assist in transferring you to our registered nurses, during business hours, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. During after hours, members will be directly routed to our registered nurses.
